Grand jury indicts officer for sex assault. An arrest warrant has been issued for a Pine Lake police officer accused of touching a woman’s breast while she was in his custody. A DeKalb County grand jury issued a three-count indictment against Officer William Anthony Davis, charging him with false imprisonment and sexual assault. The indictment, filed Thursday, also charges Davis with violating his oath of office. A DeKalb superior court judge issued a bench warrant for Davis’ arrest Thursday. Davis could not be reached for comment, and Pine Lake officials did not return phone calls. ~ TY TAGAMI - Atlanta Journal Constitution
